Couei's NetScope solution is specifically designed to drastically
improve the operational efficiency of a carrier by allowing access to
business critical network, service and performance data - all on one
common, scalable software platform
With NetScope, carriers can now aggregate and process data from a wide
variety of disparate sources to enable a consistent view of overall
network and service performance right across the enterprise.
The result is a unified, correlated perspective of network and service
performance:
- Measurement data - KPIs and drive
tests e.g. from Network Planning to Operations and Maintenance
- Service-specific data - quality,
coverage, complaints etc. from Marketing and Customer Service Centers;
and
- Network data - BTS counters etc.
again from O&M, Network Optimisation departments and NMC.

Vendor Independent and

NetScope is both technology and vendor agnostic and can be configured
to work with any database planning and optimisation system and other
management systems. It is also 'non-intrusive' which means it is
un-necessary to modify exiting operator systems.
